The BearingPoint Organization is currently searching for a BPM Architect/Developer
Location's: Alexandria/Arlington, VA
ReLocation: No
Performance Profile:
- Assess organizational BPM objectives and devise BPM Strategy and Roadmaps
- Facilitate as-is and to-be process discovery, model processes using using BPM Notation, and determine software requirements
- Implement BPM Tools to automate and execute business processes
- Develop underlying BPM Tool scripts using Microsoft technologies
- Develop components that may or may not integrate witihh BPM Tool with Microsoft development languages (VB.net, C#, ASP.net, JavaScript, etc.) on Oracle SQL, Procedure, packages.
- Use of design patterns, algorithms, and data structures
Position-specific Requirements:
4+ years experience devising organizational BPM strategy, roadmaps and governance structures
4+ years of experience in modeling, determining requirements for, and implementing, Human-Centric BPM Tool Suites, such as MetaStorm, Global 360 and Ultimus
4+ years of experience in the following:
- Microsoft ASP.Net, VB.NET, Oracle SQL
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Microsoft Reporting Services and Analysis Services
- Data Modeling
Position-specific Desired Skills:
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Experience working professionally in the software or consulting industry
- Must possess outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
- Must have the ability to prioritize and work independently
