Performance Profile:



-Lead all aspects of requirements definition and management execution activities for SDLC projects

-Manage to cost, schedule and performance for all aspects of requirements definition and management activities for moderately complex SDLC projects

-Actively mentor Jr. staff in the activities and practices of Requirements Definition and Management, and client interaction

-Lead and facilitate efforts to elicit requirements from stakeholders and product champion, to include interviews, JAR sessions, and/or other techniques as needed

-Provide input to and ensure compliance across jr. staff with project specific standards, processes and tools for Requirements Definition and Management

-Ensure Traceability, Quality Assurance and Configuration Management for requirements through the SDLC and across the team

-Guide design and development personnel's work efforts, to ensure understanding and adherence with software requirements

-Elicit new personnel needs from client, and communicate needs to management for staffing

-Decompose, refine and document Requirements using a variety of UML visual modeling techniques, to include Use Case Models and Diagrams, Functional Requirements Specifications, Activity and Process Diagrams, and Data Dictionaries

-Lead the development of Test Plans and Test Scripts, and assist with test execution

-Lead and/or participate in As-Is and To-Be Process Modeling Sessions, and build process models

Position-specific Requirements:

-4+ years experience of progressively responsible experience in a SDLC project environment

3+ years experience leading all aspects of SDLC requirements definition and management activities for simple to moderately complex IT projects

-3+ years experience managing cost, schedule and performance for all aspects of requirements definition and management activities for simple to moderately complex SDLC projects

-3+ years experience mentoring staff in the activities and practices of Requirements Definition and Management, and customer/client interaction
