Day-to-Day Activities:

• Responsible for oversight, coordination, and issue resolution for the Labor Administration Function throughout BearingPoint's conversion and go-live to Deltek Costpoint and Deltek T&E, including but not limited to, timekeeping and payroll account reconciliation

• Ensure all accounting activity is in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

• Reconciliations for all accounts directly related to employee compensation, benefits and employment tax.

• Update management on progress towards goals and objectives

• Support and train personal in the use of a Deltek Costpoint and Deltek T&E.

• Assist with the development/documentation of work flows, policies, procedures and controls for assigned areas; establish and maintain best practices while working closely with the various BearingPoint teams

• Ensure compliance with established internal controls and SOX reporting

• Support the preparation and review of all financial statement schedules and audit work papers in a timely and accurate manner

• Prepare reports and analysis as requested

• Responsible for ensuring that proper levels of service are achieved during implementation and go-live (accuracy, timeliness and efficiency)

• Work closely with Corporate Accounting and external auditors on financial statement analysis, audit requests and special projects

• Assist in the preparation of responses for various auditors, both internal and external, related to compensation accounts.

Position-specific Required Skills:

• Bachelors Degree strongly preferred

• Deltek Costpoint experience strongly preferred

• 4+ years of Accounting or Payroll accounting experience

• At least 2+ years of experience working in a corporate or shared service environment

• At least 4+ years utilizing Microsoft Office with demonstrated proficiency in Word and Excel
