BearingPoint is seeking a Senior Manager for its Financial Services Technology Practice in the U.S. Central region.
The Senior Manager is responsible for the leadership and development of IT Delivery. This includes project and policy design and implementation in the following areas; infrastructure projects, architecture and strategy, workforce management, resource planning, global operations and support services. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented team leader capable of effectively communicating and motivating large teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance and/or IT (advanced degree preferred)
- 10 + years experience in related field
- 10+ years of consulting, Testing and Test Management experience is required for this position
- A development background with hands on delivery experience with Test Automation and Performance Engineering solutions
- Understand DB relationships and data models and at least 5 years of experience in this area
- SQL knowledge to develop queries to check the calculations and outputs of delivered software
- Ability to create SQL scripts that can mimic ETLs and data flows for verification.
- Passionate understanding and delivery experience with the appropriate use of Industry leading Testing Tools (e.g. Rational and HP/Mercury suite of products)
- Extensive experience with testing processes, activities, and deliverables for standard SDLC's (e.g. AGILE, RUP, Waterfall, etc.)
- Prior management experience required
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to establish influential partnerships at all levels
- Ability to translate business goals into functional strategies
- Ability to develop staff and build teams
